there's so much done right with this and I am a little disappointed to say I believe this will in fact win. disappointed cause I wanted to win but lets face it I was already blown out the water before this drawing was even posted :( ... but great job man looks great

one thing I would say to improve this is to bulk up the shell more give it depth. it looks like its just skin

personally I don't care for the face, it just looks weird but I do like the body

I don't know if you purposely did it but it reminds me of red gyrados
